This position will be responsible for planning and regulating service delivery, increasing service productivity, and managing service costs (over time and vehicle fuel).

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Biology, Agriculture or Industrial Engineering

Minimum graduation with 1 year of experience managing a team

Experience in capacity analyses and service scheduling will be an added advantage

Good communication skills and ability to communicate fluently on the phone

Good planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks without affecting quality of work

Customer-oriented and results-driven

Knowledge of the territory which is handled for planning

Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
