Juke Solutions (PT Juke Solusi Teknologi) Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services. The role involves working with internal teams and customers to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and security of IT systems. Key Responsibilities

System Design & Implementation – Analyze business and technical requirements to design suitable IT infrastructure solutions. Deploy, configure, and optimize servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox, etc.). Implement cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments. Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and authentication mechanisms. Design and deploy backup & disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, NetBackup, etc.). Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools. Maintain patch management, firmware updates, and security configurations. Perform server hardening, firewall rule management, and compliance auditing. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness. Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage, RAID levels, and object storage solutions (Wasabi, S3, etc.). Manage virtualized environments and ensure proper resource allocation, scaling, and optimization. Implement clustering, failover, and load‑balancing strategies. Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Provide Level 2/3 technical support for internal teams and customers. Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs. Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end‑users on system best practices. Conduct post‑implementation reviews and recommend improvements. Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1+ years of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or related role. Experience with IT vendor, system integrator, or managed service provider (MSP) is a plus. Technical Skills
