Relationship Manager - Lending Business & Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for corporate clients, ensuring strong and sustainable engagement.

Identify new business opportunities and develop a holistic relationship strategy across all banking products.

Conduct regular business calls, meetings, and site visits to understand client needs and market dynamics.

Manage the full credit proposal cycle—from data gathering, MIP/BCR preparation, SPPK issuance, to Credit Agreement signing.

Work closely with Credit Analysis, Credit Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless and compliant credit processing.

Provide recommendations on credit structures aligned with risk appetite and client requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators.

Engage in follow-up actions for NPL (Non-Performing Loan) or high-risk accounts.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting through BCR and related credit documents.

Build strong relationships with financial institutions, banking partners, and non-bank entities to support business expansion.

Represent the bank in client and external partner discussions to drive trust and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or corporate credit.

Strong understanding of credit processes, financial analysis, and corporate lending frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willing to conduct regular client visits and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Willing to go on business trips as needed.

Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
