Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize e-commerce data including sales, customer behavior, marketing campaigns, and product performance.

Conduct data analysis and build models to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with clear visualizations for stakeholders.

Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer retention, and marketing ROI; raise alerts for anomalies or irregularities.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and digital marketing effectiveness.

Support communication and reporting between local and regional teams in both English and Mandarin.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

Strong interest in e-commerce, data analytics, and business performance optimization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus.

Excellent analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and able to derive actionable insights from data.

Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).

Team player with high initiative and eagerness to learn.
