Job Title - Medical Information Specialist (French + English)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Respond to first level medical information requests(or inquiries) from internal and external customers and ensure the responses are medically and scientifically accurate, timely, balanced, and meet customers’ needs. Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, internet or mail with high quality customer service and document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and regulatory guidelines. Reporting issues of Adverse events and/or Product Quality complaint associated with the medical information as per the defined procedures and adhere to the required timelines. Escalate requests to the Client that cannot be handled via product labels or any Client provided documents.

EDUCATION: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year

of any type of scientific writing/content writing/publications, or research/grant writing experience in life sciences domain. Pharmaceutical industry (medical information, medical communication, medical affairs, safety, regulatory) experience would be preferable.

SKILLS: Pharma/Science Background Good medical writing and literature surveillance skills (call handling skills - must) Mandatory: Excellent Oral & Written communication (English + French) Preferably have knowledge about IRMS
