The Role
As our Social Media & KOL Specialist, you will manage the full content lifecycle, from scripting and filming short-form videos for modern parents to running high-impact KOL campaigns and driving community growth. We are seeking a bilingual digital storyteller to scale brand reach in the Singaporean and Philippines market using CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy:
Execute and schedule the monthly content plans for theAsianparent Singapore and Philippines across key social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Content Production:
Script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos that resonate to the modern parent.
Community Growth:
Manage and nurture the online communities for Singapore and the Philippines, ensuring active and positive engagement to uphold the brand's reputation.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Track KPIs (Engagement, CTR, Growth) and use insights to constantly refine and improve our content performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with influencer partners and our internal design/commercial teams to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns.
KOL Management:
Manage and recruit Singapore-based Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand brand credibility and reach.
KOL Growth:
Manage Singapore's KOL campaign full lifecycle, from creative development to performance tracking, ensuring content meets brand objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must for authentic local storytelling.
Adept at adapting various brand tones, with the ability to pivot content quickly to align with the fast-moving digital trends and local nuances of both Singapore and the Philippines. Proven skill in writing compelling stories and high-converting Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
Technical Toolkit: Hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
Data Literacy: Leveraging native platform and Google Analytics data to drive organic reach.
Optimizing content performance and conducting A/B tests.
Proven ability to mentor interns or junior team members.
