Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

who combines technical accuracy with strong analytical ability to support cost control and value management of MEP systems within consultant-led projects.

Your Role

Prepare, review, and verify

Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , cost plans, and tender documents for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate contractor submissions for accuracy and compliance with consultant design.

Support tender evaluation, value engineering, and cost optimization throughout project stages.

Review progress claims, variations, and final accounts to ensure alignment with contract terms and budgets.

Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and clients to maintain transparency and precision in all cost deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS MEP in consultancy or major construction projects.

Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire system designs.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software.

Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
