DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to align the organization's people and culture initiatives with its overall business objectives
Oversee the design and execution of talent management programs, including recruitment, development, and succession planning
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and career growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational challenges related to people and culture
Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in people-related processes
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, and promote best practices in human resource management
Requirements
Extensive experience in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development
Proven track record of leading and implementing successful people and culture initiatives in a large, complex organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
