Role Description The

HSE Officer

will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities—especially those involving MEP and Data Center projects—are performed safely and in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations. You will conduct site inspections, enforce safety procedures, support risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture among workers, subcontractors, and project teams. This role is essential in preventing incidents, maintaining a compliant work environment, and supporting smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with local regulations, client requirements, and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across ongoing MEP and data center construction projects.

Identify potential hazards related to electrical, mechanical, and civil works, and recommend effective preventive and corrective actions.

Lead incident and accident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff and subcontractors.

Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure drills are regularly conducted.

Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, energy use, and pollution control in compliance with environmental standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experienced as an HSE Officer in

construction , preferably in

MEP or data center projects .

In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications are highly preferred.

Able tocommunicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
