About Our Client Our client is an established group with strong presence in retail industry in the phase of expanding their business currently looking for a VP of Business Strategy that will be responsible in leading the strategic management & business expansion initiatives to drive the current & new revenue streams of the group.

Job Description

Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.

Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and partnerships.

Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organisational goals.

Leading high-impact projects to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of strategic initiatives.

Providing guidance and leadership to the business development team.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,

preferably overseas graduate background.

10+ years of extensive business strategy experience across consumer related industry , with

structured approach and focus on strategy and business development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven leadership and project management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency communicating in English & willing to be based in Bandung.

Experience from

management consulting background will be a plus.
