Responsibilites:

Lead initiatives to elevate understanding of IoT and Ecosystem products across the organization Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on IoT and Ecosystem products Facilitate engaging and efficient training programs to ensure seamless knowledge transfer on current and future products Support the execution of events and activities that enhance brand visibility, collaborating with community partners and stakeholders Support activities such as seminars, webinars and other sharing activities to enrich customer understanding and awareness of our product offerings Assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with objectives Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and employee development initiatives to track progress and inform future strategies Conduct product knowledge sessions related to IoT product especially wearables including Garmin, Huawei, Xiaomi, Amazfit, and CMF Watch for various teams such as other department, marketing, dealers, retailers, promoters, etc

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor degree in any major 2-3 years of experience as trainer Good public speaking skill Able to create and design slide presentation for training events Having experience in retail company will be plus Have interest and curiosity in gadget/IoT products and their development Good english skill Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
