Project Facility Specialist (Manager Level)
We are seeking a high-caliber
Project Manager
with a strong background in construction and facility management to lead the development of our state-of-the-art IVF Clinics. Reporting directly to the
Head of Business Development (Expatriate) , you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of clinic construction, ensuring strict adherence to international medical standards, cleanroom regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the full lifecycle of clinic construction projects (fit‑out, renovation, or new build) from tender process, construction oversight, to final handover and licensing.
Technical Oversight (IVF & Cleanroom):
Supervise the construction of critical
Embryology Laboratories , ensuring compliance with HEPA filtration, HVAC pressure differentials, and VOC control standards.
Stakeholder & Expat Reporting:
Act as the main point of contact for the Head of Business Development. Prepare and present weekly progress reports (S‑Curves, Gantt Charts, Budget Variance) in
fluent English .
Vendor & Contractor Management:
Manage external contractors (Main Cons, MEP Specialists) to ensure quality delivery. Handle negotiations and monitor performance.
Budget & Compliance:
Manage the project CAPEX and ensure all facilities comply with Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) regulations and building codes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture , or MEP Engineering. (Master’s Degree or PMP Certification is a plus).
Experience:
Minimum
5‑7 years
of experience in Construction Project Management.
Industry Background:
Must have prior experience working with a
General Contractor (Kontraktor Sipil/MEP), Construction Management Consultant, or Property Developer.
Specialization:
Proven track record in building
Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, or Cleanroom facilities
is highly preferred.
Language:
Must be fluent in English
(Written & Spoken) to effectively communicate with expatriate leadership.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Cost Analysis.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure, and detail‑oriented (crucial for medical facilities).
Placement:
Jakarta (with mobility to project sites).
