Procurement Specialist

1. Identify procurement needs for marketing activities (packaging, printing, creative materials, merchandise, promotional items, event materials, hampers, etc.). Perform vendor sourcing, evaluation, and selection based on price, quality, and lead time. 2. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production timelines with vendors. 3. Execute end-to-end procurement process: purchase request, quotation, comparison, PO issuance, payment progress tracking and delivery. 4. Maintain strict budget alignment and promote cost‑saving initiatives. 5. Ensure the final output aligns with design specifications and brand guidelines. 6. Oversee production schedules and ensure on‑time delivery from vendors. 7. Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing/Creative, Sales, and Finance teams to support marketing programs. 8. Maintain vendor database, evaluate supplier performance, and update vendor scorecards regularly. 9. Ensure all procurement processes follow company SOP and documentation requirements. 10. Handle logistics and distribution of marketing assets when needed. 11. Generate regular procurement reports (status report, budget vs spending, and vendor performance). 12. Creating vendor evaluation report, maintain the vendor, visiting vendor to ensure the process and the quality meet standard. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management / Supply Chain / Business or similar 2–4 years of experience in procurement / purchasing / marketing operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or marketing agency Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of budgeting and cost evaluation Detail‑oriented with strong administrative accuracy Able to work under dynamic and fast‑paced timelines Preferably has experience in managing premium packaging
