Overview

Senior Supervisor - Production Operations: Manage overall production and collaborate with counterparts to ensure production aligns with the production plan, delivering quality products on time. Responsibilities

Manage production activity, daily output (yield, cycle time, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)); prepare related documents (Batch Card, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction); control and execute training/skill assessment for operators; observe skill in line; and provide detailed and valid procedures for setting, running, and conducting tests of all machinery. Execute and monitor projects in the production area, develop improvements to achieve KPIs, troubleshoot issues in documentation, materials and machinery; coordinate with related departments; support investigation/reporting. Monitor production activity to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements; ensure rooms, documents, equipment, machinery and manpower are ready for production; monitor implementation of 5S; analyze production output. Qualifications

Min. 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor. Min. bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant major. Proficiency in English is a must. Strong background in Pharmacy or Personal Care Industry is preferred.
