Freight Forwarding Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the design and promotion of standardized products and drive process system optimization. Oversee the overall operations of the department and develop annual and quarterly goals and plans. Organize the formulation and implementation of the department's performance evaluation plan. Provide guidance on data analysis to support business decision-making. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration. Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a background in multinational companies. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills. Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage. Seniority Level
