Business Hub Asia specializes in delivering integrated solutions that emphasize regulatory accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic planning to ensure client success in their business endeavors.
About the Role
As Branch Manager for Bali, you will lead Business Hub Asia’s local operations and business development efforts by taking full ownership of our branch in Bali. You will ensure delivery of high-quality corporate services (company registration, product registration, business licensing, BPO services, visa/immigration assistance) to clients, while driving branch growth, profitability, and team performance.
You will act as Business Hub Asia’s local ambassador, overseeing operations, managing client relationships, and aligning branch performance with Business Hub Asia’s strategic goals for expansion in Bali and beyond.
What You’ll Do — Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Branch Operations
Manage and oversee all branch activities in Bali: corporate services, company registration, BPO services, visa/immigration processing, business licensing, and related administrative/regulatory services.
Lead, mentor, and manage a local team of consultants, administrative staff, and support personnel; ensure high service quality and compliance with Business Hub Asia's standards.
Ensure the branch adheres to all internal policies, service delivery standards, and applicable local laws/regulations.
Business Development & Client Management
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (local and international), understand their needs, and identify opportunities for cross-selling Business Hub Asia services.
Represent Business Hub Asia at local networking events, seminars, and business forums in Bali or relevant regions to increase visibility, build partnerships, and attract new business opportunities.
Financial & Performance Management
Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement local business plans, budgets, and forecasts; report regularly to HQ senior management.
Track branch metrics, prepare performance reports, and propose improvements or strategic adjustments when needed.
Strategic Insight & Market Adaptation
Provide insights on local market trends, regulatory changes, and business opportunities in Bali.
Collaborate with HQ and other Business Hub Asia branches to ensure consistency in service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.
Anticipate client needs and regulatory/market shifts, proactively propose services, improvements, or new offerings suited to Bali’s market context.
Who You Are — Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5 years
of overall experience in corporate services / consulting / business-support / corporate-services firms (company registration, business licensing, visa/immigration, regulatory compliance, corporate-secretarial) or comparable fields.
Proven track record in a leadership / branch-manager / area-manager / regional-manager role — managing teams, handling P&L, and overseeing operations & business development.
Strong understanding of Indonesian (and specifically Bali / region-level) business regulations, licensing procedures, immigration/visa regulations, product registration, or demonstrated ability to quickly master such regulations.
Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to deal with both local and international clients.
Business-development and sales acumen: ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and cross-sell services.
Leadership and people-management skills: able to supervise, guide, and motivate a local team.
Strategic mindset, with strong organizational skills, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects / services simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written). Additional languages (e.g. other regional / international languages) are a plus.
Willingness to relocate to and be based in Bali, and familiarity with Bali’s local context, market, and business culture.
What We Offer
Opportunity to lead and build Business Hub Asia's presence in Bali — a strategic growth area for our business expansion.
High level of responsibility and autonomy: you will manage full branch operations, financial performance, and business‑development efforts.
Diverse, challenging work: dealing with corporate clients (local and foreign), a broad range of services (company setup, business licensing, product registration, BPO, visa/immigration).
Opportunity to collaborate with headquarters and shape Business Hub Asia's growth strategy; leverage synergies across regions and benefit from company support structures.
Competitive compensation package — commensurate with seniority, scope of responsibilities, and performance. Possible performance‑based incentives or profit‑sharing, depending on branch results.
