Job Description
Lead and manage HR operations for approximately
1,000 employees
across departments.
Oversee manpower planning and workforce management to support business growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offering).
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.
Oversee HR administration (employment contracts, attendance, payroll, social security, income tax/PPh 21).
Lead performance management, employee evaluation, and talent development initiatives.
Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution.
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.
Supervise and develop the HRGA team to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare and present periodic HR reports and workforce analytics to top management.
Oversee office and site operations, facilities, company assets, and permits/licenses.
Manage third-party vendors and service contracts.
Control GA operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health & safety standards (K3) for large-scale operations.

C. Communication & Coordination
Act as liaison between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management/expatriates.
Translate documents and conversations (MandarinโEnglish/Indonesian) when necessary.
Support cross-department coordination and strategic HR initiatives.
