As a Counter Head you will be responsible for carrying out operational activities at the counter in accordance with the standards of excellence set by the company, including the visual arrangement of the counter and service standards at the counter, thereby encouraging customer satisfaction who shop at the counter in order to support the national targets that have been set. company.
Responsibility
Implement service excellence standards for customers who shop so that customers feel satisfied with the service provided.
Arrange the display of goods on the counter according to the program, theme and directions from superiors so that it looks attractive, beautiful, communicative and able to attract customers' interest in impulsive buying so as to encourage branch targets to be achieved.
Make sales reports at the counter accurately and on time to provide complete information that can be used as analytical material for superiors in evaluating sales performance.
Monitor the performance of his subordinates to identify the development of technical and non-technical abilities of his subordinates.
Requirement

Min 3 years working as Sales Supervisor / Store Manager.
Skill & Knowledge : Product Knowledge, Marketing Strategy, Operation Management, Ms. Office
