Job Description

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels & amenities.

Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and glass surfaces.

Replenish minibar, guest supplies, and room inventory.

Report any lost & found items, damages, or maintenance issues.

Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP standards at all times.

Complete assigned rooms within the given time frame.

Support the housekeeping team as needed during operations.

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School/equivalent.

Experience as a Room Attendant is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome).

Able to work as a

daily worker / shift-based.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Detail-oriented, clean, and well-groomed.

Good attitude, disciplined, and able to work in a team.

Basic understanding of hotel housekeeping standards.
