Research Suppliers And Vendors For Spare Parts, Building Materials And Hardware Tools Responsible For Annual Procurement Budget And Monthly Procurement Report Manage Inventory And Forecast Needs And Supplies Negotiate Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers Review Requests For Proposals (RFPs) Delegate Tasks To The Procurement Team And Team Building Requirements

At least 6 years of working experience in manufacturer or heavy industrial company exposure Demonstrate experience of leading purchasing function with a proven track record in delivering effective purchasing strategies, policies, processes and systems Strong in negotiation skill and familiar with supply chain management software Strong in management and leadership skills, cooperative and teamwork spirit Mandarin communication skill is a MUST, command of English is a plus
