Bar Supervisor Requirements

Indonesian citizen

Minimum of two years experience in a similar position

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and overall bar operations

Proven leadership skills, ability to train, supervise, and motivate the team

Excellent communication skills, confidence in guest engagement

Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and cost control

Willingness to work flexible hours and perform effectively

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
