Responsibilities

Formulate and improve the company\'s administrative management systems, processes and specifications, and supervise implementation to ensure efficiency and standardization of administrative operations.

Manage daily administrative affairs including visa processing and process management, office environment maintenance, office facility procurement and management, fixed asset inventory, vehicle dispatch and management, and visitor reception.

Assist the human resources department with employee recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee training organization, and attendance management to ensure smooth HR operations.

Plan and organize corporate cultural activities, such as team building, festival celebrations, and annual meetings, to enhance employees\' sense of belonging and team cohesion.

Control administrative costs through effective management methods, propose and implement cost-saving measures, and improve resource utilization efficiency.

Job requirements

Education background: Bachelor degree or above, graduate in management, human resources management, business management or related majors.

Work experience: At least 5 years of administrative management or related experience.

Professional skills: Familiarity with administrative management processes, strong organizational, coordination, communication, and project management skills; proficient in Office software; basic financial management knowledge.

Language ability: Proficient in English and Mandarin, able to support international communication.

Experience in visa management and related administrative processes.
