As the organization enters its next stage of structured growth and operational strengthening, we are seeking a
Head of Human Capital
to lead the development of a scalable, performance-driven people strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
This role is strategic in nature and will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement an integrated human capital framework that supports sustainable growth, margin expansion, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Design & Structure
Design and implement a flexible, scalable organizational structure aligned with the companyโs growth roadmap
Clarify role definitions and reporting structures across executive, operational, and support functions
Continuously evaluate and optimize organizational efficiency
2. Compensation & Incentive Strategy
Develop a forward-looking compensation structure aligned with performance and long-term strategic goals
Design incentive systems that drive revenue growth, profitability, and capital efficiency
Conduct comprehensive reviews of direct labor and management cost structures to identify improvement opportunities
3. Performance Management & KPI Framework
Establish a structured KPI architecture aligned with corporate growth and operational priorities
Cascade measurable objectives across divisions and levels
Implement transparent evaluation, promotion, and succession planning systems
4. Culture & Leadership Development
Translate corporate values into measurable behavioral standards
Develop structured leadership development programs
Design engagement initiatives that strengthen accountability and performance culture
5. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Strengthen recruitment systems to improve hiring speed and quality
Enhance employer branding to attract high-caliber talent
Build long-term workforce planning strategies to support expansion
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital or HR leadership roles
Proven experience in organizational restructuring and compensation design
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or multi-brand organizations is highly preferred
Strong analytical capability with a deep understanding of performance and incentive alignment
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
