Mining Engineer - KS

Monitor, control and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance, using established continuous improvement techniques in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunity for improvement in mining project. Job Responsibilities

Key Metric Promotion of HSE programmes targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses. Zero work related injuries and illnesses are successfully reached. Implementation Petrosea standard Operational Excellent as Mining Operation best practises and establish necessary systems to maintain the improvements, and based on the results continuously adjusts the project strategic action plans. The standards of Petrosea are perfectly implemented. Analysis of operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project. The cost issues are analysed and determined accurately. Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured to develop and follow a specific method / discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project's goals. Improvement targets and projects goals are achieved in a timely manner. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry Good communication and coordination skil Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements Willing to be placed in all company site offices Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
