Cost and Budget Controller Staff (Dept Finance) .

Responsibilities

Control and analyze operational cost (food cost, beverage cost, and non-food cost).

Monitor and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and budgeting.

Identify potential wastage and provide cost efficiency recommendations.

Check inventory, usage, and variance of raw materials.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and outlet teams for cost control.

Perform data checks to outlets and related departments (internal audit).

Prepare and report cost control and margin reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) with budget and real cost comparison.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 in Accounting / Finance / Finance Management.

Minimum 2 years experience as Cost Control Finance (experience in F&B industry is a plus).

Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle complex real-time data.

Good communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Experience in audit or stock opname (a plus).
