Marketing Support Staff

Provide administrative and analytical support to the marketing team by managing incentive calculations, maintaining customer data, and preparing sales performance reports.

Key Responsibilities Process and compute monthly incentive calculations for the marketing/sales team accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain and update the Customer Master List, including new outlet registration, territory updates, and outlet tagging.

Perform manual sales claim calculations and conduct data cross-checking to ensure accuracy.

Prepare and update daily sales performance dashboards and reports.

Monitor and report sales performance, including Top Rank reports and internal marketing bulletins.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports to support marketing operations.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Responsible and able to manage assigned tasks with accountability.

Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

The Company also toll manufactures with its affiliate, PT Medifarma Laboratories, at Cimanggis Plant, Depok. In 2013, the Company obtained halal certification for NATUR-E and HOBAT Capsules, its animal based gelatin products, marking a first halal certified supplement for a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.
