Cegos is a global L&D company dedicated to helping businesses grow and succeed by empowering people and organizations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales : Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise-level clients.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, C-Suite, L&D Managers) to understand their training needs and position our solutions.

Consultative Selling : Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide strategic, customized training and consultancy solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

Presentation : Effectively communicate the value of our offerings from existing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Ability to create compelling proposals and sales materials is preferred.

Market & Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest L&D methodologies to effectively articulate our unique value proposition.

Pipeline Management : Manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of targets.

Collaboration : Work closely with our internal training and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience : 2+ years of successful business development experience, specifically within the learning and development, corporate training, or B2B professional services sectors.

Knowledge : A strong understanding of the L&D landscape, including corporate training, e-learning, leadership development, and organizational development is preferred.

Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Attributes : Highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work independently. A consultative and customer-centric approach to sales.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Language : Can communicate in English.

Availability : Able to start immediately.

Location : Willing to work from our office in Cinere, Depok.
