Main responsibilities

Acquisition of new customers in key industries (Banking, Multi‑Finance, Micro‑Finance, General Insurance, Life Insurance & Telco); build & maintain good customer relationships.

Drafting of commercial proposals that respond to client needs; responsible for producing proposals.

Ensure meeting of sales objectives – predetermined at year‑start – through direct selling and cooperating with Sales Consultants.

Propose marketing actions & commercial strategies to the Sales Director aimed at results improvement & competitiveness.

Monitor & ensure complete customer satisfaction (complaints, assistance requests, interpretation of services) via immediate & effective intervention of the Back Office.

Create accurate & punctual reports on sales activities, deliver presentations to customers, share information & ideas internally.

Position Qualifications

5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.

University degree in economics, business, engineering, management, statistics or a related field.

Very good public speaking, negotiation & presentation skills.

In‑depth knowledge of target industry.

Strategic management of client relationship.

Focus on results.
