We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Logistic Admin to join our team and help streamline our logistics operations. Responsibilities

Prepare and process Client's purchase orders, delivery orders, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery to clients. Provide regular updates on order status and delivery schedules to the sales and accountant. Conduct inventory monitoring and stock opname. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and deliveries. Assist in planning and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements

Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Logistic Admin or in a similar role min. 1 year. Proficiency in English will be a plus point. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. Familiarity with inventory management and stock-taking procedures. East Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
