Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree from any major.

Have a minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in channel development (modern trade or general trade) in FMCG, beauty, or personal care industry

Proven experience in managing in-store and out-of-store branding or visibility projects.

Strong in planning and analytical skills;

A creative, persistent individual who works smartly to achieve targets

Experienced in working with vendors/agencies and has a solid understanding of store operations

Willing to be working onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a tailored Visibility Matrix and visual merchandising strategy based on customer and consumer profiles, aligned with brand identity and market trends

Create and implement planograms and in-store displays to ensure consistent presentation and strong navigation across store types

Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams to integrate branding, promotional materials, and graphics into all visibility and merchandising executions.

Oversee implementation with excellent operational standards, optimized budgeting, and adherence to SOPs and program briefs.

Track competitor visibility and merchandising trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Provide stakeholders with strategic recommendations on branding, channel selection, marketing content, and timing to optimize sales impact.

Manage budgets and resources for visibility materials, props, signage, and in-store displays.
