Job Description As a

Catering & Conference Service Manager , you will be the key liaison between our clients and hotel operations, responsible for ensuring that every event, from an intimate board meeting to a grand gala, is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. You will manage all aspects of planning, coordination, and delivery with a focus on service excellence, creativity, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and social events in line with brand standards.

Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their vision is perfectly translated into reality.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and on time.

Coordinate with internal departments — banquet, culinary, AV, housekeeping, and security — to ensure smooth event operations.

Conduct site inspections and pre‑event meetings with clients.

Drive event revenue through creative upselling and maintaining strong client relationships.

Handle feedback and ensure prompt post‑event follow‑up.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international five‑star hotel.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle multiple events and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Professional, polished appearance with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
