FINANCE MANAGER

The Finance Manager will report to the Financial Controller. Responsible for monitoring financial indicators, preparing statements, managing capital deployment, ensuring compliance, advising leadership on financial decisions, managing teams in areas like accounting, planning, and compliance to reach the goals, and working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Compiling financial data, creating reports, and analyzing the financial health of the company.

Ensuring day‑to‑day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts, and accounts receivable are recorded properly.

Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers.

Managing company budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments.

Forecasting company finances and creating financial models.

Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits.

Complying with procedures and rules in financial management policies.

Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and financial issues.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency and hands‑on experience with financial management software.

Experience overseeing the annual audit.

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial terms in simple language.

Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to Taman Safari Indonesia’s mission.

Willingness to be placed in Prigen, East Java.
