Educational Background: Preferably from

Tourism Management

or

communications ’s degree.

Required Skills: Basic understanding of promotional and branding concepts Ability to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities Basic knowledge of visual design principles (layout, typography, color composition) Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) Ability to create simple promotional materials (social media posts, banners, flyers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Creative thinking and willingness to learn Design skills and portfolio will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities: Assist in creating promotional materials (social media content, banners, posters, brochures, etc.) Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns Adapt design materials based on brand guidelines and campaign needs Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts Help manage and organize digital design assets Support content preparation for social media and marketing platforms Conduct basic research on design trends and competitor promotions Assist in preparing simple visual reports or presentation materials
