Job Description

Responsible for managing accounts payable.

Oversee and manage daily activities costs and expenses.

Maintain and reconcile AP records and ledgers.

Execute outgoing payment based on the schedule and ensure all approval and payment supporting documents are completed.

Analyze AP aging, promptly identify issues, and handle properly.

Establish and improve the supplier/Vendors data management system and strictly implement it.

Review and track the fulfillment of vendor, and take timely measures to deal with overdue payments.

Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, year-end activity finance reports.

Assist in conducting internal and external audit work.

Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficient in English (verbal and written); Mandarin language skill is a plus.

More than 2 years of experience in Account Payable role.

Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation.

Compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Well-organized with strong communication skills.
