Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the bank's IT infrastructure and data assets

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security threats

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure systems and applications

Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and incidents to detect and respond to potential security breaches

Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to the bank's security posture

Provide technical guidance and support to the bank's business units and stakeholders on cybersecurity matters

Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for the bank's employees

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and best practices

Proficient in the use of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions

Hands‑on experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Certifications in relevant cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are preferred
