Job Description

What Will You Do Electronically interact with customers to ensure delivery on the customer promise and increase their use and resulting benefit from the services they receive.

Nurture and develop client relationship to help clients extract the maximum value from SE contracted services

Identify and match clients needs with SE products & services to drive successful expansion/renewal

Secure customer experience & satisfaction for SE contract service offers (jointly with Connected Services Hubs (CSH), formerly Service Bureaus)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Aligned by digital offer / recurring contracted service

Focus on electronic interaction with the customer

Low touch (only digital) with numerous customers (500+) spread all over the world

Context of low to medium expansion opportunity
