Accounting Staff

About the role We are seeking a talented Finance Accounting Staff to join our team at PT GWS Era Medika. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting operations and reporting for our growing healthcare company.

What you'll be doing Deliver accurate and timely month-end/year-end financial closing & reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and relevant financial statement analysis.

Ensure general accounting activities align with the applicable accounting standards and tax regulation.

Lead complete accounting documentation, collaborate with internal departments to collect and verify financial data.

Work closely with accounting manager to improve accounting process and system, resulting in a more effective and efficient closing and reporting process.

Liaise with external auditors to ensure data compliance and deliverables.

What we're looking for Graduated in Accounting from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.00.

Demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and understanding of PSAK/relevant accounting standards.

Min. 1 year experience working in Big 4 as external auditor is a plus.

High attention to details and accuracy, strong analytical thinking.

Positive attitude toward works with a dedication to driving and achieving results.

Proficient skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
