Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent experience.

1–3 years managing SEO + Google Ads (logistics/freight forwarding experience is a plus).

Solid SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page, technical basics, internal linking, and content optimization.

Run SEO audits and implement actions (structure, metadata, indexing, speed, UX basics).

Strong Google Ads (Search): keywords, match types, ad copy, bidding, and budget management.

Tracking & measurement: GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversions, UTM best practices.

Familiar with GSC + tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog or similar).

Reporting (weekly/monthly) with insights + next actions.

Detail-oriented, organized, fast-paced, proactive; comfortable with testing (A/B ads, LP, keywords).
