Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in South Jakarta, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The individual will focus on promoting and selling insurance products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, educating customers about various insurance policies, and managing communication between clients and the company. The role also involves staying updated on insurance regulations and maintaining detailed records of sales and client information.

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of various insurance products Expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to guide clients with informed decisions Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships Knowledge and experience in selling Health Insurance products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively Prior experience in hybrid work environments and familiarity with the financial or insurance sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
