Telesales Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales

Always strive towards meeting sales quota

Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue

Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate degree is a plus

Minimum 1 year experience as tele-sales; fresh-gradutes are welcome to apply

Proven record of met quota

Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in local language

Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software

Willing to be placed at Makassar
