Senior Medical Affairs Strategy Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead high-impact transformation projects with a focus on elevating the Medical Affairs function. You will manage workstreams, shape strategic recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. The role includes mentoring junior team members, coordinating across projects, and contributing to business development and internal initiatives.
This is a 6 month, fully remote contract position. There is a likelihood of extension and this is an Outside IR35 position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support workstreams within enterprise and Medical Affairs transformation projects.
Analyse business challenges and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations.
Engage directly with client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving alignment.
Support implementation and change management efforts.
Contribute to proposals, client relationship development, and internal initiatives (e.g., marketing, recruitment, training).
Requirements
Extensive consulting experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences (Medical Affairs and capability building experience mandatory).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in capability building, operating model design, and enterprise transformation.
Proven ability to act as a primary client contact and manage senior stakeholders.
Structured, results-driven, and adaptable working style.
