Service Engineer (Bali Based)

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance service for Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) periodically

Perform corrective maintenance service for PAC within the established SLA if any occur happen

Ensure all PAC devices are in good and optimal condition

Diagnose and provide technical solutions to customers within established SLA as needed

Coordinate and be responsible for minutes of meeting (berita acara) and maintenance service report including the PAC performance that must be submitted to customers and leader

Determine spare parts & technical solutions as requested

Perform all work safely and in accordance with established company safety policies

Attend customer meetings or discussions as needed

Available for on call support with 24/7 service hours

Requirements

Have a minimum high school degree in Cooling and Refrigerator, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Have a minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, and troubleshoot of AC split and/or precision

Understand the project management

Certified in Cooling or Electrical skills is preferable

Strong problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Having good interpersonal skills

Able to join immediately

Domicile in Bali
