Job Description

Full‑time on‑site Sales Trainer Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to enhance the capabilities and success of the sales team.

Conduct engaging presentations, coach team members, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

Collaborate closely with sales management to identify training needs and support overall business goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong skills in sales training, training & development, and creating tailored learning experiences for sales teams.

Prior experience in sales training, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to assess training needs and implement strategies for team success.

Highly organized with strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
