Preferable experience in Civil/Construction Business. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software. Communicative, meticulous, multitasking, negotiation and teamwork skills. High initiative, eager to learn, good understanding of tasks, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities

Manage office facilities, stationery needs, assets, inventory, and company permits. Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding purchasing, logistics, business travel, and operational vehicles. Manage Cash Advance office. HR Administration duties: Update employee data and documents (contracts, ID cards). Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
