Job Description What You’ll Be Involved In:

Support digital implementation with minimal disruption to ensure smooth digital adoption across manufacturing operations while minimizing impact on day-to-day processes.

Assist in technology integration and work closely with teams to support the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems.

Contribute to change management efforts and collaborate with stakeholders to promote acceptance of new tools and processes, especially among those less familiar with digital systems.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and assist in evaluating their relevance to the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with IT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

A solid technical foundation and curiosity to learn new systems.

Basic project coordination skills – able to stay organized and support ongoing initiatives.

Good communication and teamwork – comfortable working with people from different departments and backgrounds.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a big advantage.
