Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer and Technician based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include providing technical support and guidance to customers, assisting in the design and implementation of technical solutions, and building client relationships. The role will require collaboration with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, as well as demonstrating products and services to prospective clients and conducting follow-ups to drive successful sales outcomes.

Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address customer requirements and provide innovative solutions Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes to achieve and exceed targets Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide efficient solutions Familiarity with relevant technical tools and software as an asset Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related fields preferred Willingness to travel domestically as needed to serve clients
