Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong

Technical Lead – Simulation

to lead engineering delivery and technical excellence for CADFEM Indonesia. This role will be responsible for managing complex simulation projects, mentoring engineers (FEA/CFD/EBU), supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring high-quality technical engagement with customers. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in simulation along with leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and oversee

FEA and CFD simulation projects . Review modeling approaches, boundary conditions, and result interpretations. Ensure technical accuracy and quality of project deliverables. Guide the team in solving complex convergence and modeling challenges. Establish best practices for meshing, validation, and reporting. Project Execution Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with customers to define project requirements and objectives. Ensure on-time and high-quality project execution. Team Development Mentor FEA and CFD engineers. Support capability building and technical skill enhancement. Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement Support sales team in technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposals. Participate in client meetings and technical workshops. Translate customer requirements into simulation strategies.

Technical Requirements • Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains: Structural FEA (linear/nonlinear, fatigue, dynamic analysis) CFD (fluid flow, heat transfer, turbulence modelling, multiphysics) • Hands-on experience with: ANSYS tools (Mechanical / Fluent / HFSS / Icepak / Maxwell etc.) • Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics and simulation theory. • Ability to validate and interpret simulation results critically. • Experience handling complex industrial applications.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electrical/Electronics Engineering Or related field

Experience Required: Minimum

5–6 years of hands-on simulation experience Experience in consulting or engineering services environment preferred. Exposure to industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, energy, or oil & gas is an advantage. Prior team leadership or project lead experience preferred.

Desired Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Fluent in Bahasa, Indonesia and English.
