Sales Manager (Aksesoris Mobil)

Requirements

Min 6+ years of experience and strong background in Sales/Economic

Bachelor's degree in Management

Experience in Retail & Distributor Company (Car Accessories Import)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good decision-making and organizational skills

Passion for working with people

Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.

Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Experience in planning and budgeting, knowledge of business process and functions

Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

Understand Sales work matrices and tracking tools to facilitate market research, prediction and analyst markets

Make preparations from the Sales side before the product is launched.

Looking for new opportunities and/or partners to create new business potential both in the short and long term and achieving the sales targets.

Building a successful company image for the Indonesian local market and international market

Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate Sales team results.

Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CEO
