Digital Performance Specialist

to join our architecture firm in Bali. This role focuses on managing paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads) and supporting organic growth through strategic keyword research and website optimization. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads and improving digital performance to support the firm’s growth. We are looking for someone who understands that marketing architecture services is about increasing traffic and attracting the right clients.  Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Monitor and improve campaign performance to generate qualified leads. Conduct keyword research relevant to architecture and design services. Support website optimization based on SEO best practices. Develop and publish relevant monthly articles to strengthen organic visibility. Track performance metrics and provide clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital performance marketing. Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization. Experience in service-based industries is highly preferred. Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
