Manufacturing Engineer

who will be responsible to develop, sustain and improve the process of production in his/her designated area, create process documentation, and solve process issues by using process engineering skills. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and drive improvement of production yield using statistical techniques (e.g., SPC). Support troubleshooting of process‑related issues through structured problem‑solving. Develop and optimize processes for the introduction of new products (NPI). Qualify new or relocated equipment, new materials, or new processes used in manufacturing. Analyze and provide comprehensive evaluation or qualification reports. Create, implement, and maintain product and process documentation (e.g., WI, SOP, FMEA). Evaluate and certify production operators to ensure competency in process execution. Provide technical advice on material suitability and process compatibility. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and resolve chronic process issues (e.g., using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Equipment, Quality, Production) to support manufacturing and process‑related projects. Comply with procedures related to quality, environment, health, and safety management system in the respective area in charge. Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry in a relevant role. Experience with statistical techniques. Sound understanding of process control and process capability measurement techniques. Familiarity with problem‑solving tools (QC tools, 5Whys, Fishbone, 8D). Experience in semiconductors industry is an added advantage. Certified/trained Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage. Good communication skill and project management skill. Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and spoken. Seniority level
